Aanamra is more than a platform—it’s a philosophy that celebrates the connection between body, mind, and the universe. By embracing nature’s rhythm, it unlocks boundless health and vitality.
For Aakanksha, true fitness transcends physical strength; it embodies emotional and spiritual well-being. She created Aanamra as a sanctuary for self-discovery, where movement meets serenity, inspiring healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.
About the Founder
Aakanksha Mishra, founder of Aanamra Yogalaya, empowers individuals to unlock their full potential through the transformative practices of Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindfullness.
While working in the corporate, Aakanksha longed for a deeper connection with nature. Her curiosity and close observations of nature led her to yoga.
